Telecommunication Project Management:

• Site Survey throughout Africa – Green sites, existing sites, roof top sites.

• Soil tests –DCP testing, earth resistance test and soil density analysis.

• Engineering analysis of existing structure, existing building, Wind load testing of existing towers

• Preparation of detailed design drawing with BOQ of material and services.

• Managing supply of various equipment ( Towers , Shelters, Air conditioners, Solar Panels , solar structures and Battery backup system, Generators etc.

• Liaison with BPC (Botswana Power Corporation) for AC sites.

• EIA clearance for site build.

• Preparation of As-built Documents


Telecommunication Engineering Construction & Projects Services:

• Site Survey & Design

• Civil Works

• Tower Painting and erecting (includes electrical works for navigation lights, lightning rod and antenna poles installation.)

• Electrical Works – Earth and lightning protection installation

• Tests required for site acceptance


Telecommunication MW and RF Engineering Services:

• Installation of microwave antenna and alignment

• Installation of BTS,

• Sweep test using site master.


Optical Fibre Cable Works:

Designing, trenching and associated civil works, core drilling & Boring works.
Supply, Installation & Commissioning of:

• PVC Pipes and ducts

• Cables (Optical Fibre and copper) reticulation, Splice Closures, Optical network equipment

• Manholes, Hand-holes, Splicing of Cables, Link Testing

• Earthing installation

• As-builds’ and Operation & Maintenance of OFC equipments & Cables.


Telecommunication Maintenance:

Microwave and BTS tower maintenance:

Site cleaning, Weed removal, navigation lights maintenance, checking feeder cables and power cables, antenna alignment, tower nuts and bolts, Generator maintenance, diesel level monitoring, air conditioner maintenance, solar panels , checking battery backup, maintaining of security provisions like locks and fence and razor wire.

Optical Fibre Cable Maintenance:

• Troubleshooting: Patrolling of fibre route, OTDR reports, fault tracing. Deployment of maintenance team with dedicated vehicle, test equipments and other equipments.

• Fault Resolution: Tracing fault location in the fibre using OTDR, Trenching and associated civil works, man hole relocation , dome joints and splice enclosures, testing and replacement of transceivers, lay PVC pipes and ducts if damaged

• Testing and reporting: Testing of restored link and documentation of works done.
