History from Inception to Date

• 1995 - Established by a team of Technocrats to cater to the growing need for Information & Technology Service and
Training in the country.

• 1996 – Launches its Training division providing in-house training for its growing staff as well as for on the site
Training Program for its growing clientele

• 1997 –Starts its first major project of the computerization of Botswana Railways.

• 2001 Sends its team for advance training to Ideal Systems training in the U.S.

• 2001 – Wins the IT infrastructural maintenance contract for UNDP, UNFPA, UNV, UN AIDS, and UN HCR.

• 2002- Successfully Completes the Computerisation of CCC Kanye Project.

• 2002 – Computerization of Kgatleng Sub – District

• 2003 –Becomes the official IT Infrastructure Service Provider for WHO, Botswana

• 2003 - Networking of the New Offices for SADC at Sebele.

• 2004 – Upgrades the Training Division – keeping unit based approach as the standard form of Training

• 2004 – Carries out Extensive Training for the staff of South East District Council

• 2004 - Becomes the Authorised IT Infrastructure Service Provider for BOTA

• 2004 - Provides Complete IT Support to NACA sponsored conferences on HIV/AIDS organised by the United Nations
Development Programme.

• 2004 – Networking of additional departments in NFTRC and linking it with Main network with fibre.

• 2005 - Successful Completion of the Complete Networking, and Configuration at the New Offices for WHO

• 2005 – Creates in Partnership with ComNetSoft, India, Management Systems applicable for the Public Health Departments of the Councils.

• 2006 – Becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

• 2006 – Merges with the South African IT major called Webcom who holds the Barclays/Absa IT contract for the entire
South Africa.

• 2007 – Enters into a comprehensive Partnership with Directions (Pty) Ltd for providing Infrastructural & Enterprise
Solutions. Some of the very recent successful ventures being:

         • ARV Project, Ministry Of Health, Botswana - Project Value : Pula3.2 million(Approx)
         • Servers Installation and Configuration, Ministry of Minerals - Project Value : Pula 1 million(Approx)
         • HOORC Project , Kalahari Conservation Society - Project Value : 1.1 Million
         • Wireless Infrastructure of Sub-Districts– Bobirwa, Boteti, Mahalapye, Palapye - Project Value : 400,000.00


• 2007 – Becomes the distributor for Axiom Energy Conversions for Botswana and South Africa – dealing with Car
Inverters to address the power issues.

• 2008 – Wins Telecommunication Site Survey Contract for the ongoing Nthletsa Rural Telecommunication Project.

• 2009 – Wins the Site Build contract for Rural Telecommunication Project from BTC and Huawei Technologies.

• Project Value: 20 million pula(2.5million USD)

• 2009 – Successfully builds the BTC 34mt. Telecommunication Tower at Mogenene

• 2009 – Successfully builds the BTC 34mt. Telecommunication Tower at Kgope

• 2009 – Successfully completes the BTC 42mt. Tower foundation at Omaweneno.

• 2009 – Successfully completes the BTC 34mt. Telecommunication Tower and Solar foundation at Kweneng.

• 2009 – Completes the BTC 34mt. Telecommunication Tower foundation at Dikgonnye
